Synopsis:
Alfons Zitterbacke is in love. His new classmate Leonie is simply stunning. On the class trip, Alfons - the biggest jinx ever - wants to do everything to get closer to her. Working Method:
Here our Location Scout was mainly looking for two central locations, namely two school camps, each in a different federal state. In both of them, it should be possible to produce all the book's locations, mainly to avoid relocations. For the most part, this was achieved. We only had to relocate one canteen kitchen and one bathroom to the other location in each case. Thus, a vacation park on Usedom became our school camp 1 and an old castle in Ostrau, our school camp 2.

In addition, a challenging task in this project was to build a tower in a rocky nature reserve on a precipice. This was where the all-important show-down was to take place. This was a challenge because it is not allowed to fix anything in the nature reserve, e.g., anchor anything in the ground. This, however, because of the many tensile and compressive forces caused by the load of ropes that led from the tower over the Hell Gorge and on which children should hang without danger. Actually, a case for the studio and the VFX department. This was also weighed up several times, but they decided against it for financial reasons, which made it quite exciting for everyone...
